He was honest about the issues and I never got the feeling that he was trying to push me forward to close the sale. While working under tight deadlines, he coordinated having contractors and tradesmen come into the property within 24 hours to give me quotes for work, all of whom were trustworthy and reasonable. We ended up closing with a deal I was really satisfied with, and now, after 7 months of living in my new home, I can safely say I have absolutely no regrets. Donald even still checks in on me from time to time to make sure I’m happy and have everything I need. I would highly recommend working with Donald as your real estate agent. He will go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy, which is so appreciated given he’s helping you coordinate what may be the biggest financial investment of your life!
