We are two first-time home buyers and truly can't recommend Donald enough. He understood exactly where we were with our knowledge of the home buying process, and was able to guide us from the very first steps through close. We closed on a truly beautiful home during the height of a "seller's market", entirely because Donald was able to structure our offer to be as attractive as possible while still keeping us in a position within our means and within a reasonable market expectation.

We actually lost out on our first offer, and we are very, very happy to have had Donald as our realtor through that process. Based on comps, and the final sales price of that unit, a less skilled realtor easily could have allowed us to get taken for a ride through a bid-up. Despite that loss, Donald stayed positive and helped us have a contract in place less than a week (!) later on an even better place, in a better neighborhood, at a better price per SF. Could not be happier - highly recommended!!
